However, admission to any treatment program requires a formal, comprehensive clinical assessment by our on-site medical staff. Viewing this website or submitting a contact form does not guarantee admission or clinical placement.
4. INTENDED USE & COMMUNICATIONS
Age Restrictions: This website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS service (see Section 5).
Form Submissions: By submitting your contact details, insurance information, or pre-admission forms through the Site, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
No Clinician-Patient Relationship: Initiating contact, calling an intake helpline listed on this site, or submitting an online form does not establish a formal clinician-patient, doctor-patient, or therapeutic relationship between you and Akasha Treatment Center, Inc. A formal relationship is only established upon completing an official, in-person clinical intake and signing physical admission agreements at our facility.
5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
These SMS Terms apply to the text messaging program operated by Akasha Treatment Center, Inc. dba Ona Treatment Center (the “Program”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms, the rest of these Terms, and our Privacy Policy.
Types of Messages You Will Receive: The Program sends informational, service-related text messages, such as appointment reminders and confirmations; scheduling and rescheduling notices; admissions and intake follow-up (for example, a request to complete a form or call us); responses to your inquiries; and notices about changes that affect your appointment or our services. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them in writing.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
