Your California Privacy Rights

This California Privacy Rights Notice supplements the information contained in our main Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2023 (CPRA).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or device ("personal information"). Within the last 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information from website visitors:

• Right to Know and Access: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal or medical retention obligations).
• Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to direct a business that sells or shares personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising not to do so. Akasha Treatment Center, Inc. dba Ona Treatment Center does not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to perform services.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

3. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your right to access, delete, or correct your information, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access twice within a 12-month period.

We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

4. Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We do not sell or share your personal information, and our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Our website recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: if your browser or device sends an opt-out preference signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

Because we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, our website does not respond differently to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals.
